Review by Jeremy Collyer

The subject is complicated, and the podcast is long, but there is no better in the world at explaining stem cell treatment than Roger Barker.

  • who is this for? All patients with Parkinson's and carers
  • what is good? Gold standard explanation of a very complex topic
  • What is not so good? There is so much information - you will probably have to listen to it twice - and its not chapterised so finding the right bit may be challenging

Review

There is a lot of content here, and it rang true in the areas where I have personal experience. I learnt a lot from the contributors different approaches to PD issues.

Excellent overall. I will look at HEXI for other conditions in the future.

  • Who is this for? People who want insight into what Parkinson’s means.
  • What is Good? It gives an honest picture about what is done well and what is done badly.
  • What is not so Good? Some of the videos have poor sound.
